How does User Management work?

Multiple users can login to Quintype to perform different activities. Publishers can control access to their users using fine grained permissions and roles.

Follow the steps below

Go to the option ‘Users and Roles’ under ‘Admin’
Fill in the necessary information ‘Add New Member’ form
Search for the Member once the member is created to assign roles

Tips

You can also create users by letting them login via some of the social authentication platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Google. The same is not enabled in the demo account. Please reach out to us if you need more information

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you are unable to log in to the interface, try one of the following methods:

If "No roles assigned. Contact an admin!” error message is displayed, contact your administrator. The administrator must add the required permission for your account.
If "Authentication failed ” error message is displayed, either try re-entering your password or click Forgot password?. Clicking on Forgot password sends an email to your login ID to reset the password. The login ID could be your employer provided ID.
